Shipping Policy

Woodstream does not ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders must have a shipping address within the contiguous 48 states.

Shipping Methods and Rates

If your order meets the pre-paid freight requirements, Woodstream will select the shipping method based on the combined weight of items in your order and your location. Orders that do not meet the pre-paid minimum will be shipped based on the shipping method selected at time of checkout.

Woodstream will ship all credit-approved orders within 2 business days of the ship date requested at time of checkout. Orders are not shipped during weekends or holidays.

Customers will receive an email with carrier and tracking information at the time of shipment.

Hazardous Materials & State Restrictions

Items that are deemed Hazardous Materials may not be shipped via Air; they can only ship via Standard Ground. If your order contains Hazardous Material, Standard Ground will be the only shipping method available during checkout.

EPA-regulated items such as repellents or insecticides may be restricted for sale in some states. You will be notified and required to remove the item from your Shopping Cart during the checkout process if an item cannot be shipped to you due to state regulations.
