Safer® Brand Tomato & Vegetable Insect Killer combines pyrethrins and potassium salts of fatty acids to kill a variety of nuisance garden insects on contact. Eliminate hard-bodied and soft-bodied insects like beetles, aphids and caterpillars to control and prevent damage to your prized tomato and vegetable crops. This ready-to-use spray is OMRI Listed® and compliant for use in organic gardening, so you can grow your organic vegetables pest-free.

Potassium salts of fatty acids and pyrethrins combine to kill and control many of the common insects that cause damage to vegetable gardens everywhere. Whether you have hard-bodied insects, such as beetles, eating the leaves of your plants, or soft-bodied insects, including caterpillars, attacking the fruit, Tomato & Vegetable Insect Killer will eliminate both. Pyrethrins attack the insect’s nervous system, rapidly paralyzing it so it can no longer cause damage to the plant. Potassium salts of fatty acids, which are made from the natural fatty acids found in animal fats and plant oils, weaken the insects protective outer shell. Once this shell is damaged, the insect will begin to dehydrate from the inside out, eventually causing it to die.
